WACE Inc. publishes this policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
This policy applies to wace.me and its sub-pages (consultation requests, the resource library, and the Manufacturing AI Maturity Self-Assessment) operated by WACE Inc. ("the Company"). Our other sites — vexplor.com, blog.vexplor.com, and logicstudio.vexplor.com — are governed by the policies published on those sites.
We collect only the minimum personal information needed to respond to your request and to deliver the materials you ask for.

What you submit through a web form is stored in a database on servers the Company operates in Korea and is also forwarded to our main address (contact@wace.me) so that a colleague can follow up. For resource library requests, download links are sent to the email address you provide. We record the version of the consent notice you agreed to and the time of consent alongside your data.
We do not use your information for anything else. If a purpose changes, we will obtain separate consent as required by Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA").

We delete your data without delay once the period lapses or you ask us to. Where an inquiry leads to a contract, statutory retention periods apply; in that case we separate the retained records and record the legal basis and the items retained.
We do not sell your personal information or provide it to third parties for marketing. We disclose it only where Articles 17 and 18 of PIPA allow — that is, with your consent or under a lawful request. Transmission of a business registration number in the self-assessment service is described separately in Section 9.
We entrust the following processing to third parties. Each contract sets out, as required by Article 26 of PIPA, the prohibition on processing beyond the stated purpose, technical and organisational safeguards, limits on sub-processing, supervision of the processor, and liability for damages.

Once the retention period lapses or the purpose is fulfilled and the information is no longer needed, we destroy it without delay, subject to confirmation by our Chief Privacy Officer. Where another law requires retention, we move the records to a separate database and destroy them when that period ends.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) for visit statistics, which may store cookies in your browser. These cookies contain no personally identifying information such as names or contact details.
You may at any time ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to suspend its processing, and you may withdraw any consent you have given. Write to the contact in Section 14 by letter or email and we will act within the period set by law and tell you the outcome.
A legal representative or an authorised agent may act on your behalf; in that case please submit a power of attorney in the form prescribed by the Enforcement Rule of PIPA (Form 11). We will verify that the requester is you or a duly authorised agent. Where PIPA allows access or suspension to be restricted — for example Article 35(4) or Article 37(2) — we will tell you why.
Apart from the cookies described in Section 10, we do not install or operate any device that collects your information automatically.
