1. What we collect, and how

We collect only the minimum personal information needed to respond to your inquiry.

Web forms relay your message through our mail server directly to contact@wace.me. Nothing you type is retained on the server after delivery. For resource library requests, the download links are sent to the email address you provide.

2. Why we process it

• Responding to diagnosis and consultation requests, and scheduling
• Providing proposals, quotes, and other materials you request
• Emailing the brochures you request from the resource library

We do not use your information for anything else. Marketing emails — product news and event updates — are sent only if you separately opt in when requesting resources, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

3. How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for one year after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted — or immediately upon your request. Emails collected for resource delivery are discarded once delivery is complete; if you opt in to marketing, we keep your email until you withdraw consent. Where an inquiry leads to a contract, statutory retention periods apply.

4. Third parties and outsourcing

We do not share your personal information with third parties or outsource its processing, except where required by law.

5. Cookies and web analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) for visit statistics, which may store cookies in your browser. These cookies contain no personally identifying information such as names or contact details.

• Collected: pages visited, referral source, browser and device type — statistical data only
• Opt-out: block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Blocking cookies does not limit your use of this site.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time using the contact below. We will act without delay.
