The web form opens your email client and sends the message to contact@wace.me. Nothing you type is stored on the website's servers.

Responding to diagnosis and consultation requests, and scheduling
Providing proposals, quotes, and other materials you request

We do not use your information for anything else — no marketing emails.

3. How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for one year after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted — or immediately upon your request. Where an inquiry leads to a contract, statutory retention periods apply.

4. Third parties and outsourcing

We do not share your personal information with third parties or outsource its processing, except where required by law.

5. Cookies and web analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) for visit statistics, which may store cookies in your browser. These cookies contain no personally identifying information such as names or contact details.
