Q1. Do we have to replace our existing ERP · MES?
No — either way works. We run projects that keep your existing ERP · MES as they are, connected through an ontology layer, and projects that replace the existing ERP with VEXPLOR while keeping only some systems running in parallel. Q2. How long does it take to go live?
It depends on scope. In real cases it was 6–13 months for an MES · PLM build, about 9 months for a manufacturing-AI project, and 24 months for an Autonomous Factory project. Q3. What happens to the factory if the AI gets it wrong?
That is the exact question we built VEXPLOR to answer. Every answer is checked against ontology evidence, so ungrounded responses are blocked, and control authority is handed over only as far as the AAF framework (L0 read-only to L4 emergency response) has verified. Any command that would violate a physical constraint is stopped by a SHACL rule before it executes. Q4. Where do we start?
You start at question-and-answer (L1). AI maturity has four levels — L1 manual Q&A, L2 proactive intervention, L3 autonomous judgment and action, L4 an AI OS running the factory — and you climb them step by step, with the L1–L3 foundation built automatically from day one. Q5. Is this a fit for a company our size?

Q6. Why don't you publish prices?
Because every plant differs in machine count, data and scope, a list price would actually be less honest. Q7. Can we adopt this through a government-funded program?
Yes. We have delivered under eight types of the national Smart Factory program (20+ builds) and are delivering the Ministry of SMEs and Startups Autonomous Factory build program at two sites (selected in 2025 and 2026). Q8. You're a small company — can we rely on you for the long haul?
Honestly — we are a young startup. But we already run profitably, and our source code is held in a three-party escrow at the Korea Copyright Commission, so you can keep using the system even in the worst case. Q9. How is data access controlled?

Q10. Does this make the factory unmanned?
No — and we don't promise that. The dark factory is the direction we are heading, and today's autonomy happens step by step, within a verified boundary. Q11. Who is this not a fit for?
